
Jermaine Johnson
Jermaine was raised in Mobile Alabama where he learned the value of industrial maintenance from his late father Edward R. Johnson. At the early age of 16 Jermaine would accompany his father on various industrial maintenance projects throughout the gulf coast where they would oversee facility expansions and plant shutdown maintenance of industrial equipment. After high school and being inspired by what he’d learned during his youth Jermaine decided to attended Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. After completing college Jermaine returned back to Mobile, Alabama to take on a role as a Project Manager where he and his father would collaborate on a professional level. After 2 years Jermaine relocated to Atlanta Georgia to join Novartis where he spent 25 years leading processes and progressive teams in a thriving pharmaceutical manufacturing Industry.
With more than 30 years of Industrial Maintenance experience in a broad range of petrochemical, pulp and paper, refinery, and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, his career success has allowed him to build relationships with many key customers and add value to their ongoing operations through process and contractor performance improvement initiatives.
Jermaine has led efforts to resolve complex technical problems within the High Purity Water Systems/Critical Utilities/chemical tank farm and coach other members through troubleshooting processes globally as well as implementing regulatory processes in accordance with Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA), International Organization for Standardizations (ISO) guidelines and Process Safety Management (PSM).
Jermaine currently manages multi-functional teams to deliver bottom line results in the facility maintenance market. Exercising strong learning agility and creativity to build synergies between functions and maximizing operational performance. Jermaine continuously focuses on improved efficiency and cost reductions to meet the client’s bottom line.
In Jermaine’s spare time he enjoys leading community projects and spending time with his lovely wife Joyce Johnson and their five kids. Jermaine is a classic car enthusiast, when time permits he can be found in his garage tinkering with his projects.

Doug Deveaux
Doug was raised in Florida after his family relocated from the Bahamas. He learned valuable life and construction skills from his father who worked in the construction business and spent 40 years working on various project for NASA. Doug spent weekends and school breaks working in the construction industry with various trades, plumbers, commercial roofing, concrete and general facility maintenance projects. After High School Doug joined the Army and successfully completed training at Ft. Belvoir Engineering School. After his military career Doug attended college at the Univ of Central Florida and completed business management studies. Doug relocated to Georgia and spent 30 years working as a Facility project manager, primarily in the Biomedical industries. Doug has his PMP certification from Georgia Tech. In the early 80’s he worked for Ciba Vision as a PM supervisor, moved to Immucor in the early 90’s as a Project Facility Manager. He has managed various construction projects for the American Red Cross, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, SBC construction, Baxter and Alcon Labs.
Doug manages all preconstruction and construction services for commercial and industrial markets. He directly manages strategic project teams to ensure continuity and delivery throughout the construction process. This includes manpower and resource allocation, budget and schedule control, site staging and logistics, and field production. He works closely with project teams to analyze, plan and manage projects to meet the client’s expectation. Doug’s experience includes a diverse portfolio of projects and an impeccable reputation with owners and sub-contractors. His entire career has been devoted to managing facility and construction projects.
In his spare time Doug is devoted to his family and loves spending time with his wife on their farm in Griffin. He is an active member in his Church and conducts weekly Bible study classes.
